Unforgettable Moments in My Life

            It was during the month of December when we had a vacation at Bohol. We celebrated our Christmas Day, Reunion, and Birthday of my grandfather. It was three on December 25, 2016, the people are awake and busy preparing the food and the aroma of the food that they prepared was delicious that when you smell it, you will get hungry. Minute had passed, there are people singing in front of the doorstep.  As they entered, their voice make loud that awakes the people who are in the middle of their sleep, while in the couch, there is an old man staring to the people who are singing in front of him. He didn’t recognize them but when you look at to his eyes you can see how happy he was. At exactly five in the morning, the so called “Manyanita” has ended, so the people who are singing a while ago are getting back to their respective house, and that time you can feel and smell the coldness and the freshness of the air because of the trees that surrounds the house and also the silence of the place makes you relax that only the twitter of the bird and the cock crows you can hear.

            Hour had passed, we are preparing for the birthday and the reunion of our family. People are busy preparing the foods, the children are playing and some people are chatting to each other and laughing. As the party started, we invited our neighborhood to join us to the party we made, and before we started the so called “Salo-Salo”, my cousin and I performed in front of many people, that’s why we feel so nervous but we performed for the sake of the happiness and enjoyment of many people especially our family and our grandfather. When the time has come, the member of the family gave their different messages to the birthday celebrant which is our Grandfather and after that we all started eating.

            As the Birthday party, Reunion, and Christmas party was ended, all people back in their respective houses smiling and laughing, we also give them some foods. I can say that I have a lot experience that unforgettable for me, but I choose this moment because aside that it was happened last year, but that time I feel so happy and enjoyed because our family are complete and we also share our blessing to others.
